On February 21, the Russian army attacked a police vehicle in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, using a drone. As a result of the strike, three policemen were injured, the Kharkiv Regional Police reports.

According to law enforcement, on February 21 at 07:55 a.m. Kyiv time, Russian troops struck the city of Kupiansk with a drone. Preliminary reports suggest that the enemy used a Molniia UAV.

The enemy drone hit a service vehicle that was carrying policemen. Three employees of the Kupiansk district police department suffered concussions. The injured individuals are currently under medical supervision.

Following the committing of a war crime, investigators have opened a criminal case under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Attacks on Ukraine

On the night of February 21, Russian forces launched 160 drones at Ukraine, along with two ballistic missiles. The enemy missiles were fired from Crimea toward the Odesa region.

Ukraine’s air defense forces destroyed 87 UAVs, and another 70 enemy imitation drones were lost locally.

The Russian army has been attacking the Odesa region for the third consecutive night. Prior to this, the Russians had targeted energy infrastructure in the region for two days in a row. In addition, yesterday, Russian troops launched a massive attack on Ukraine's gas infrastructure.
