Russian drones attacked two vehicles in the Kharkiv region on October 5. Two men were killed, and a female volunteer was injured, reports the Kharkiv Prosecutor's Office.

Investigators reported that around 12:00 Kyiv time, a Russian strike drone, preliminarily identified as a Molniya, hit a car traveling on a highway in the Kupiansk district. The 37-year-old volunteer driving the car was injured.

Later, around 2:00 PM Kyiv time, an FPV drone struck a vehicle in the village of Kolodyazne, also in the Kupiansk district, killing two men aged 50 and 35.

The Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office has launched pretrial investigations into alleged war crimes under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 438 of Ukraine's Criminal Code.

Earlier, on the evening of October 5, the city of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region was attacked for the first time by a Russian fiber-optic drone.

On the night of October 5, Zaporizhzhia suffered a combined strike, which damaged buildings and caused fires. Nine people were injured, and one person was killed in the attack.
