On Sunday, November 2, Russian forces launched a massive drone strike on Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region. A 55-year-old man was killed, reports Vladyslav Haivanenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
He said three people were injured, including an eight-year-old girl. A 71-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman were also hurt.
Fires broke out in the city. The strike damaged an apartment building, cars, a metal canopy, and a private business.
Russian forces also targeted the Nikopol District with drones and artillery. Explosions were reported in the district center and in the Pokrovska, Myrovska, and Marhanets communities.

A 75-year-old man was injured and hospitalized. The attack damaged a sports school, five private houses, garages, a utility structure, cars, and a power line.
Haivanenko added that Ukrainian Air Defense Forces shot down six Russian drones over the Dnipropetrovsk region during the day.
Russian attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region
On Saturday, November 1, Russian combined missile and drone strikes killed Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
On the evening of November 1, Russian forces attacked a store in Samarskyi District, Dnipropetrovsk region. The strike caused casualties, with four people killed, including children.
Russian attacks during the evening and night also hit Pavlohrad, Nikopol, and Synelnykove communities. The enemy used missiles, artillery, and drones, causing damage and injuries.
