Russian forces carried out a series of combined missile and drone strikes on the Dnipropetrovsk region on November 1, killing Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel, reports Operational Command East of the Ground Forces of Ukraine.

Operational Command East reported Russian forces attacked several communities in the Dnipropetrovsk region, including Nikopol, Pishchanska, Pokrovska, Marhanets, and Chervonohryhorivka.

"Unfortunately, the enemy's combined strike resulted in casualties and injuries among Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel," the Ukrainian military said.

Law enforcement agencies are currently investigating the incidents. Authorities are reviewing compliance with orders from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"The investigations are examining adherence to orders on timely notification of missile threats, restrictions on the deployment of personnel, the holding of meetings and gatherings in open areas, and the use of unauthorized locations," Operational Command East of the Ground Forces of Ukraine said.

On the evening of November 1, Russian forces attacked a store in Samarskyi District, Dnipropetrovsk region. The strike caused casualties, with four people killed, including children.

Russian attacks during the evening and night also hit Pavlohrad, Nikopol, and Synelnykove communities. The enemy used missiles, artillery, and drones, causing damage and injuries.
