Russian military forces shelled Kyiv today, October 25. As a result of the enemy attack, a residential building was damaged, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
"In the evening, the enemy launched another attack on Kyiv. As a result of the shelling, apartments on the 17th, 18th, and 19th floors of a 25-story residential building were partially damaged, leading to a fire on the 16th and 17th floors," reported the emergency services.

Currently, efforts to contain the fire are ongoing. A total of 43 rescuers and 11 units of firefighting equipment are working at the scene.

Russian drone attack on Kyiv
Shortly before the explosion in the city, residents of Kyiv received a notification from the Air Forces warning that drones were flying from the Kyiv region toward Kyiv.
