Russian attempt to cross Lozova River in Kharkiv region thwarted: Footage

In Kharkiv region, border guards of the 4th detachment used Striks reconnaissance-strike drones to thwart an attempt by Russian troops to cross the Lozova River. Thanks to the precise work of the drone operators, the enemy suffered losses and failed to advance on Ukrainian territory, according to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
In the Kharkiv region, border guards intercepted Russian forces attempting to cross an icy river and advance into Ukrainian territory.
"The coordinated work of our drone operators not only thwarted the enemy’s offensive but also prevented potential losses on our territory. At least nine occupiers will no longer see the New Year," the border guards said.
Cameras and drones of the Striks 4th Border Detachment’s unit recorded the enemy’s attempt.
The Lozova River has repeatedly been the site of attempts by Russian invaders to penetrate Ukrainian territory. Ukrainian defenders left the invaders no chance. Immediately after detecting the enemy, they used technical and reconnaissance means to stop the crossing attempt.
Previously, the State Border Guard Service repeatedly published videos and reports showing how border guards thwart the Russian troops' covert actions across various directions — from strikes by motorized infantry groups and drone operations to intercepting attempts at hidden advances.
In the Kursk direction, border guards of the Stalevyi kordon brigade delivered precise strikes on the enemy. This restrained the enemy’s offensive actions and strengthened the region’s defense.
Ukrainian defenders also managed to clear the Yuvileynyi residential area in Kupiansk of Russian soldiers. This area has strategic significance for the city’s defense.
We have reported that in the Kharkiv region, Ukraine’s Defense Forces have liberated the villages of Kindrashivka and Radkivka, as well as several districts in northern Kupiansk, which has allowed them to cut off supply routes for Russian troops and significantly stabilize the situation on the Kupiansk direction.
