Russia killed 1 person in Pavlohrad in the shelling on Friday, September 6. The number of casualties has increased dramatically - from 5 to 18 people, according to the head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak.
"Unfortunately, there is already one killed person in Pavlohrad. The number of victims is growing. Now there are 18 of them in the hospital, including a 9-year-old girl," he says.
Fires start
In addition, there were several fires in the city.
"An apartment was on fire in one of the high-rise buildings. The fire was extinguished and five people were rescued," Lysak adds.
Russian shelling of Pavlohrad
On September 6, Russian troops shelled Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region. Before that, the region was on ballistic missile alert.
There were reports of two high-speed targets aimed at Pavlohrad, which were spotted in Donetsk and Kharkiv regions. Explosions were heard in Pavlohrad.
The alert is still in effect in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
