On the evening of October 30, Russia struck a multi-story building in Kharkiv with an aerial bomb. The building’s structural damage threatens to collapse while the number of injured continues to rise, according to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

“The destruction caused by the enemy’s guided bombs is significant, posing risks of collapse and hindering rescue operations. Nevertheless, emergency service workers are making every effort to clear the debris swiftly,” he said.

Preliminary information indicates that the Russians used the FAB-500 bomb in the attack.

In addition, Syniehubov emphasized that the enemy once again chose nighttime for their terror, targeting a time when people were at home with their families.

As of 12:43 a.m. (Kyiv time), reports confirm that 29 people have been injured. Additionally, one child has died.

Oleh Syniehubov also posted photos of the aftermath of the strike.

As a reminder, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to the attack, stating in a Telegram post that Ukraine's partners observe the daily events unfolding. He emphasized that under these circumstances, every delayed decision translates to dozens, if not hundreds, of Russian bombs and the lives of our people.

"That is why we must stop Russia together — and do so with all possible force," he concluded.
