Russian attack hits Ukrainian town near Sumy, injuries and damage reported

On the night of May 31, Russian forces launched missile strikes on the Nedryhailiv community in the Sumy region. The enemy attack caused damage and resulted in one person being injured, according to the Telegram channel of the Sumy Regional Military Administration.
"On the night of May 31, the enemy launched missile strikes on the territory of the Nedryhailiv community in the Sumy region. There is damage in the residential sector and destroyed warehouse facilities," the report states.
Additionally, at least one person was injured and received medical assistance on-site.
"The consequences of the attack are being clarified," added the regional military administration.
Attacks on the Sumy region
It should be noted that Russian forces attack the territory of the Sumy region every day. For attacks, the enemy uses drones, rockets, and guided bombs.
In particular, recently, a Russian Lancet drone hit a checkpoint. At that moment, a police officer was there. Fortunately, according to RBC-Ukraine, the man is alive. He was injured and is currently undergoing rehabilitation.
In addition, battles are taking place in the territory of the Sumy region, and there are several settlements occupied by the enemy. As of the morning of May 30, the situation remained difficult, and the evacuation of residents continued.
“As of this morning (May 30, ed.), Russians are attempting to carry out offensive operations. The situation is complicated, as is usually the case during Russia's actions. At the same time, I am in constant communication with the military command,” reported Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration.
