On the night of July 16, the Russian army launched a drone attack on the city of Vinnytsia, hitting infrastructure targets, according to Natalia Zabolotna, First Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration.

“As a result of the enemy attack, there were strikes on civilian infrastructure in the city of Vinnytsia. All relevant emergency services are working at the scene,” she wrote on Facebook.

Updated reports confirm that four people were injured in the Russian attack on the city.

Ukrainian Air Forces reported enemy drones moving toward Vinnytsia, where multiple explosions were heard.

Attack on Ukraine

On the night of July 16, Russian forces launched drone attacks on Kharkiv, with three people reported injured.

Kryvyi Rih was also targeted — first by a ballistic missile, then by 28 Shahed drones. The attacks caused fires and widespread power outages in the city.

It is known that a 17-year-old boy was wounded in Kryvyi Rih and is currently in critical condition.
