The Russian Federation has launched another information and psychological operation against Ukraine aimed at undermining the mobilization process, according to the Center for Countering Disinformation.

In particular, enemy resources are actively spreading fake Telegram bots allegedly intended to send the coordinates of city and territorial recruitment centers.

This campaign is unfolding against the background of a series of strikes on TRCs (territorial recruitment centers) in various regions of Ukraine, which may indicate a planned and coordinated attempt by the enemy to destabilize the situation, sow panic among citizens, and disrupt the conduct of mobilization activities.

In addition, such Telegram bots may be used to collect personal data of Ukrainians, which the enemy may subsequently use for pressure, blackmail, or disinformation.

Security structures advise against interacting with suspicious Telegram bots and to report them immediately to the competent authorities.

Attacks by Russians on TRCs

In recent weeks, the Russian army has changed the tactics of air attacks on the territory of Ukraine. In particular, the Russians began attacking the buildings of TRCs and Joint Centers. In most cases, this leads to casualties and injuries among the civilian population. However, military personnel are also affected.

In particular, today, the Russians attacked the cities of Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia with Shaheds. Later it became known that the enemy’s target was the buildings of the regional TRCs and Joint Centers. Dozens of wounded are already known in both cities. Earlier, Russian militants struck the TRC buildings in Poltava. As a result of the shelling, ten people were injured. Among the wounded were two military personnel of the TRC and Joint Centers and two servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition to Poltava, the enemy also attacked TRCs in Kryvyi Rih and Kremenchuk.
