Russias shelling

Over the past 24 hours, there have been 84 armed clashes.

In total, the adversary conducted 2 missile strikes and 30 aerial attacks, launching 71 barrages from rocket artillery systems targeting the positions of our forces and civilian settlements. Unfortunately, due to Russian terrorist attacks, there are casualties among the civilian population. Private residential houses and other civilian infrastructure have suffered destruction and damage.

During the previous day, the Russian Federation once again attacked Ukraine, deploying 2 guided missiles, X-59, and 23 UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type. Ukrainian Air Defense Forces successfully neutralized 1 guided missile X-59 and 18 strike UAVs.

Serebryanske Forestry Area in the Luhansk region and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region were subjected to aerial strikes.

Over 100 settlements in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.

The frontline situation

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remains relatively unchanged.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the adversary maintains a military presence in border areas, actively engages in sabotage activities to prevent the redeployment of our forces to critical sectors, and increases the density of mine-explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.

Ukrainian Defense Forces continue assault operations south of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region, inflicting losses on the enemy in personnel and equipment, and consolidating their positions at the achieved lines.

In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy persists in attempts to encircle Avdiivka, but our troops steadfastly hold their defense, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. Unsuccessful were the offensive actions of the adversary in areas south of Novokalynove, Stepove, Avdiivka, Severne, and Pervomaiske in the Donetsk region, where defense forces repelled 21 attacks.

In the Maryinka direction, the enemy, supported by aviation, conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the area of Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy did not engage in offensive (assault) actions.

Offensive by Ukrainian Armed Forces

At the same time, Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their offensive operation in the direction of Melitopol, inflicting losses on the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, and wearing down the enemy along the entire front line.

In the Kherson direction, defense forces maintain their positions on the left bank of the Dnipro, engage in counter-battery warfare, and deliver fire strikes on the enemy's rear.

Enemy losses

Over the past 24 hours, missile forces units have struck three areas of personnel concentration, weaponry, and military equipment, as well as five enemy ammunition depots.

The total number of losses in the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is reported to be 330,040 military personnel.
