Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine as of Friday morning, December 1, amounted to another 1,280 occupiers, with the overall tally of Russian military losses since the start of the invasion totaling 330,040 personnel. Additionally, Ukrainian Armed Forces have destroyed 13 Russian tanks, 32 armored vehicles, and 22 artillery systems, according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Frontline situation
According to the General Staff, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their offensive operation on the Melitopol direction, maintaining positions on the left bank of the Dnipro River.
Simultaneously, as per the report from the Institute for the Study of War, Ukrainian forces continue offensive operations on multiple fronts. Ukrainian Armed Forces hold positions on the left bank of the Kherson region and are attempting to advance south of Krynky.
