As of the evening of January 10, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 139 Russian assaults. The most difficult area remains Pokrovsk, where Russians launched the most attacks per day, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repel Russia's attempts to advance deeper into Ukrainian territory, inflicting fire damage on them. Russian invaders carried out 33 air strikes, dropping 81 guided bombs. In addition, they used 4,439 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,830 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas," the report says.

North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions: 2 Russian assaults were repelled, 91 shellings and five air strikes were recorded.

South-Slobozhanskyi direction: 6 Russian attacks were repelled in the area of the settlement of Vovchansk and in the direction of the settlements of Hrafske and Vilcha.

Kupiansk direction: 8 Russian attempts to attack Kupiansk, Petropavlivka, Kurylivka, Pishchane, and Bohuslavka were recorded. 3 battles are still ongoing.

Lyman direction: Russians attacked the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine 6 times in the direction of the settlements of Drobysheve, Serednie, Novoselivka, and Zarichne. Two battles are still ongoing.

Sloviansk direction: 3 Russian attacks in the area of Dronivka were repelled.

Kramatorsk direction: No Russian offensive actions were recorded.

Kostiantynivka direction: 11 Russian attacks were repelled as they attempted to advance in the areas of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Rusyn Yar, Shcherbynivka, and towards Sofiivka and Torske.

Pokrovsk direction once again became the most challenging spot on the front line. The Armed Forces of Ukraine recorded 32 Russian attacks in the areas of Zatyshok, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Nykanorivka, and in the direction of Novopavlivka, Novooleksandrivka, Bilytske, and Filiia. 2 combat engagements are still ongoing. Over the past day, 97 Russians were neutralized (58 irrevocably), 12 light vehicles, three ATVs, a ground robotic complex, 32 unmanned aerial vehicles, four antennas, and a drone control point were destroyed.

Oleksandrivka direction: 6 Russian attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Zlahoda, Rybne, Solodke, and in the direction of Oleksiivka, Sosnivka, and Vyshneve. 4 more battles are still ongoing.

Huliaipole direction: 19 combat clashes were recorded in the areas of the settlements of Huliaipole, Varvarivka, Zelenе, Dorozhnianka, and in the direction of Dobropillia, Olenokostiantynivka, and Sviatopetrivka.

Orikhiv direction: No Russian offensive actions.

Prydniprovskyi direction: One Russian attack was repelled in the area of Antonivskyi Bridge.

As of the morning of January 10, Russia has lost a total of approximately 1,217,810 troops since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Over the past day, Russia's total losses amounted to 880 troops.

As of midday on January 10, 68 combat engagements had been recorded. Thus, the number of Russian attacks doubled in half a day. However, the total number of attacks as of the evening of January 10 is significantly lower than that recorded over the previous day, on January 9. Russian troops attempted to attack the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine 171 times.
