Intensity of fighting in eastern and southern Ukraine
The most significant number of Russian attacks traditionally occurs in the Pokrovsk and Lyman directions.
Russia regularly strikes the border areas of the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, using artillery and mortars from its own territory. The Defense Forces continue active search-and-strike operations aimed at detecting enemy groups, destroying their resources, and improving the tactical situation.
Ukraine is calling on citizens to join the Defense Forces, as the prolonged war requires a stable replenishment of personnel.
The RBC-Ukraine report also noted that the General Staff updated information on enemy losses.
