During the day on November 22, there were 162 combat engagements on the front. Russian occupiers continue active assaults in the Pokrovsk direction, according to the summary from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, the enemy carried out one missile strike using a single missile, 42 airstrikes, dropping 101 guided bombs, and conducted 4,582 shellings, including 97 with multiple launch rocket systems. In addition, 6,152 kamikaze drones were deployed.

Airstrikes targeted areas near Velykomykhailivka and Ostapivske in Dnipropetrovsk region; Kosivtseve, Varvarivka, Ternuvate, Bilohirya, Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia region; and Olhivka in Kherson region.

Over the past 24 hours, the aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck two areas of enemy personnel, weapons, and military equipment, four artillery pieces, a UAV control point, and a multiple launch rocket system of the Russian invaders.

Situation by directions

In the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, there were 19 combat engagements. In addition, the enemy carried out one airstrike, dropped three guided bombs, and conducted 148 shellings of Ukrainian positions and settlements, including two with multiple launch rocket systems.

On the Southern-Slobozhanskyi direction, Defense Forces repelled four enemy attacks near Vovchansk, Lyman, and Synelnykove.

In the Kupiansk direction, there were seven enemy attacks. Defense Forces stopped assault actions in the areas of Pishchane, Petropavlivka, and Kupiansk.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy launched two attacks, attempting to advance near Novoselivka.

In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled ten enemy assaults in the areas of Serebrianka, Siversk, Sviato-Pokrovske, Pazeno, and Dronivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Defense Forces successfully repelled one enemy assault toward Kostiantynivka.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 17 attacks in the areas of Pleshchiivka, Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka, Shcherbynivka, Yablunivka, Ivanopillia, Stepanivka, and toward Mykolaipillia.

In the Pokrovsk direction, there were 40 combat engagements near Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Novoekonomichne, Myrnohrad, Nikanorivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novopidhorodne, Pokrovsk, Rivne, Zvirove, Novopavlivka, Molodetske, Dachne, and Filiia.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, Defense Forces stopped 16 enemy attempts to breach defensive lines near Sosnivka, Verbove, Pryvilne, Berezove, Stepove, Krasnohirsk, Oleksiivka, Yehorivka, and Zlahoda.

In the Huliaipole direction, Ukrainian troops repelled 18 attacks near Yablukove, Zatyshshia, Varvarivka, Pryluky, Huliaipole, Malynivka, and Vysoke.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy tried three times to advance on Ukrainian positions near Mala Tokmachka, Prymorske, and Stepnohirsk.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the aggressor made three unsuccessful attempts to approach Ukrainian positions near the Antonivskyi Bridge.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of enemy offensive groupings were detected.

Russian losses in the war

According to the General Staff, since the start of the full-scale war, Russia has lost approximately 1,165,260 troops.

In total, Russian forces lost 920 personnel over the past 24 hours.

Ukrainian troops also destroyed two tanks, eight armored combat vehicles, 26 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, 496 operational-tactical level drones, 80 vehicles, and one special vehicle of the Russian occupiers.
