Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of June 15

On June 14, a total of 203 combat clashes occurred along the front lines. Russian forces concentrated their efforts on the Pokrovsk, Novopavlivka, and Kursk directions, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Throughout the day, Ukrainian Defense Forces' aviation, missile troops, and artillery struck seven areas where enemy personnel, weapons, and equipment were concentrated. Additionally, three command posts, two artillery systems, and another critical Russian military target were hit.
Situation by directions
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy carried out three offensive operations toward the settlements of Lyptsi and Krasne Pershe.
In the Kupiansk direction, there were five attacks by the occupiers. The defense forces repelled enemy assaults near the settlements of Kindrashivka, Petropavlivka, and in the direction of Holubivka and Novoplatonivka.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 21 times, trying to advance near Ridkodub, Karpivka, Yampolivka, Zelena Dolyna, Serebrianske Forestry, and in the direction of Hlushchenkove, Olhivka, Novyi Myr, Torske, and Shandryholove.
In the Siverskyi direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled five assault attempts by the occupying forces toward Hryhorivka and Verkhniokamianske.
In the Kramatorsk direction, eight clashes were recorded near Stupochky, Predtechyne, and Bila Hora.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy launched 21 attacks near Dyliivka, Toretsk, Shcherbynivka, Romanivka, and in the directions of Pleshchiivka and Yablunivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, defenders stopped 58 enemy offensive actions near Malynivka, Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Novoserhiivka, Udachne, Horikhove, and toward Myrne, Novoukrainka, Muravka, and Oleksiivka.
In the Novopavlivka direction, defenders stopped 34 attempts to break through the defensive lines near Rozlyv, Bahatyr, Novosilka, and toward Novomykolaivka, Zaporizhzhia, Dachne, Shevchenko, and Vilne Pole.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy made an unsuccessful attempt to break through defenses near Novoandriivka.
In the Prydniprovsk direction, defense forces stopped two attempts by the aggressor to advance.
In the Kursk direction, Ukrainian defense units repelled 39 attacks by Russian forces yesterday.
Additionally, the enemy carried out five airstrikes using 10 guided bombs and conducted 264 shelling attacks on our troops’ positions and settlements, including four strikes with multiple launch rocket systems.
Recall that the Russians are trying to break through to the administrative border of Dnipropetrovsk region. According to ISW analysts, the occupiers are attempting a multi-directional offensive toward Dnipropetrovsk region. However, Ukrainian defense forces are counterattacking.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy denied Russian "advances" in Dnipropetrovsk region.
"They were a kilometer away from the administrative border," Zelenskyy said.
