Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of November 14

Since the beginning of the day on November 14, there have been 88 combat engagements at the front. Russian forces are primarily attacking in the Kurakhove direction, according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Russian shelling
According to the General Staff, communities in the settlements of Novenke, Novodmytrivka, and Buniakyne in the Sumy region, as well as Lohy in the Chernihiv region, were affected by enemy artillery and mortar fire today.
Situation in the directions
In the Kharkiv direction, one combat engagement took place near the settlement of Hlyboke.
In the Kupiansk direction, Russian forces attacked Ukrainian Defense Forces ten times in the areas of Holubivka, Petropavlivka, Pishchane, Hlushkivka, Zelenyi Hai, Zahryzove, Kruhliakivka, Pershotravneve, and Lozova.
In the Lyman direction, the Russian army carried out seven attacks on Ukrainian positions near Katerynivka, Druzheliubivka, Nevske, Terny, and Torske. The enemy also launched airstrikes using unguided rockets in the Serebrianskyi forest.
In the Siversk direction, Russian forces attempted to find weaknesses in Ukrainian defenses near Verkhniokamianske. Two combat engagements were completed without success for the enemy.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Chasiv Yar was hit by an airstrike with a guided bomb.
In the Toretsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled four assault attempts by the enemy near Dyliivka, Toretsk, and Shcherbynivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces made 14 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian defenders from positions near Promin, Lysivka, Sukhyi Yar, Pushkine, Zhovte, and Pustynka. Ukrainian Defense Forces held the line and repelled eight attacks, with six engagements still ongoing.
In the Kurakhove direction, the enemy launched 25 attacks toward the settlements of Berestky, Sontsivka, Illinka, Novoselydivka, Zoria, Dalne, and Kostiantynivka. Eighteen attempts to advance were already repelled. Additionally, the enemy dropped four guided aerial bombs on Romanivka and Dachne.
In the Vremivka direction, the enemy tried to breach Ukrainian defenses eight times near Trudove, Yantarne, Rivnopil, and Novodarivka, and dropped 15 guided bombs on Temyrivka, Sukhi Yaly, Velyka Novosilka, and Shevchenko.
In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.
In the Orikhiv direction, Russian forces launched two assaults on Defense Forces positions near Novodanylivka.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy was defeated after two attacks on Ukrainian defensive lines.
"In other directions, there are no significant changes," added the General Staff.
Frontline situation and Russian losses
According to the General Staff, on November 13, there were 161 combat engagements, with the heaviest attacks occurring in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions.
Since the start of the full-scale war, Russia lost over 716,000 personnel. In the past day alone, Defense Forces eliminated 1,690 more soldiers and destroyed 19 tanks, 51 armored fighting vehicles, 64 artillery systems, and other enemy equipment.
