Russian troops have been attacking Ukraine's oil and gas infrastructure for the second day in a row, putting some of the equipment out of commission, according to Naftogaz national oil and gas company of Ukraine.

"For the second day in a row, Russia has been striking Ukrnafta's production facilities," the company says.

Over the past two days, Russia has used nearly 100 strike drones. There has been critical damage, and the damaged equipment has been shut down.

"Rescuers and company specialists are working to eliminate the consequences of these attacks. Restoration work will begin immediately after that," says Serhii Koretskyi, chairman of the board of Naftogaz of Ukraine.

On the night of December 23, Russia launched a massive strike on Ukraine with hundreds of attack drones and dozens of missiles.

After that, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reported that following the Russian attack, Ukraine's nuclear power plants had reduced their generation capacity.

Russian troops attacked Ukraine's territory at night with 116 strike drones from six directions, with most Russian targets destroyed by Ukrainian air defense forces.

Tonight, December 24, Russian troops attacked Zaporizhzhia with 3 guided aerial bombs. Russian strikes damaged houses, burned garages and cars, and there are reports of casualties.
