Russia strikes Ukraine with 98 drones overnight: Air defense's work reported

On the night of June 14, Russia attacked Ukraine with 98 strike drones. Ukrainian air defense forces shot down most of Russian drones, but some hit their targets, according to the Ukrainian Air Force.
The Russians attacked Ukraine with 98 Shahed-type strike drones (including jet-powered ones), Gerbera, Italmas, and Parodiya-type decoy drones from the following directions: Oryol, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk of Russia; Chauda, Hvardiiske of the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.
Russian air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 8 a.m. Kyiv time, Ukrainian air defense forces shot down or neutralized 91 Russian drones of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types in the north, south, and east of Ukraine.
7 strike drones were recorded hitting 6 locations, and debris from downed drones was found at four locations.
"Russian attack is ongoing; there are several Russian drones in Ukrainian airspace. Follow safety rules!" Ukrainian Air Force warns.
Russian strikes on Ukraine
In the early morning of June 14, the Russians carried out another attack on Mykolaiv. Two types of infrastructure were targeted.
On the night of June 13, Russia attacked Ukraine with 118 strike drones. Ukrainian air defense forces shot down most of the Russian drones.
At the same time, 3 Russian strike drones were recorded hitting 3 locations, and debris from downed drones was found at 6 locations.
