Russia strikes Ukraine's Sumy region 60 times in 24 hours: School, kindergarten, houses damaged

Russian troops fired on the Sumy region nearly 60 times in 24 hours. The attacks damaged civilian facilities, including a school, a kindergarten, and many houses, according to the National Police of Ukraine.
Russia struck over 40 settlements, with the Sumy and Shostka districts suffering the most damage.
One civilian was wounded as a result of the Russian strikes. Warehouses, an apartment building, a cargo terminal, private homes, and cars were destroyed or damaged. Some buildings were destroyed.
Russia struck Sumy with drones and damaged a single-story warehouse, where an employee was injured, as well as a multi-story residential building.
Other Russian attacks also damaged a primary school, a kindergarten, 6 multi-story buildings, and about 30 cars.

Russian strikes on Sumy region
Russian troops regularly use drones, missiles, and aerial bombs to attack the Sumy region.
Last week, Russia launched missiles at an agricultural enterprise in the Sumy region. About 30 units of equipment were damaged, and 12 workers who were harvesting crops were injured.
In addition, Russian drones struck an industrial area on the outskirts of Sumy. A security guard was killed under the rubble, and his body was found by rescuers.
In the center of Sumy, a Russian drone hit the symbol of the city - the Holy Resurrection Cathedral of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. At that time, there were many parishioners there, and the liturgy was in progress.
