"Fortunately, there were no casualties. The fires that broke out have been contained. All emergency services are on the scene. The assessment and cleanup of the damage are ongoing," adds the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

According to Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, an infrastructure facility in Odesa was hit by Russians.
