Russia strikes Ukraine's Odesa region: Hotel and admin buildings damaged, one killed

Russia has once again struck the Odesa region. There are reports of casualties and injuries, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Russia killed one woman and injured three other people.
Russian attack caused a fire in 5 retail kiosks, which firefighters quickly extinguished. Buildings belonging to a hotel, Ukrainian Post, and Ukrainian Telecommunication companies, a cultural center, an administrative services center, and several cars were damaged.
Yesterday evening, an alarm was declared in Odesa and the region, initially due to the threat of Russian Shahed drones and later due to the threat of ballistic missiles. The mayor of Odesa reported explosions in the city but did not disclose any details.

Russian night attack on September 23
Starting on the evening of Monday, September 22, the Russian army launched groups of Shahed strike drones from different directions across Ukraine. An alert was declared in various regions.
Russia attacked a critical infrastructure facility in Chernihiv and also Zaporizhzhia with guided aerial bombs and drones. Civilian residential infrastructure was damaged in the city, and one person was killed.
Russia damaged the infrastructure of Ukrainian Railways, and many trains are running with delays.
