Russia strikes Ukraine's Odesa: Fires break out, one person injured

On the night of July 22, Russians attacked Odesa with drones. As a result of the Russian strike, there were fires in the city and, according to preliminary reports, one person was injured, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
"The strike caused a fire in the parking lot, burning cars. Windows in a high-rise building were also broken, and a store was damaged. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service worked at the scene," the report says.
According to preliminary information, one person was injured.
In addition, emergency services specify that 17 units of equipment and 62 rescuers were involved from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Russian strikes on Odesa
At approximately 1:40 a.m. Kyiv time, the Ukrainian Air Force warned Ukrainians that Russian drones had been detected in the Black Sea. They were flying in the direction of the Mykolaiv and Odesa regions.
Later, at 2:08 a.m. Kyiv time, it became known that a group of Russian drones had been detected near Odesa and that air defense operations had already begun. A little later, Mayor Hennadii Trukhanov confirmed the sounds of explosions.
After a short period, he clarified that the Russians had attacked the Odesa region with drones, some of which were flying directly toward the regional center.
Trukhanov also reported that windows had been blown out in a high-rise building in one of the districts, cars had been burned in a parking lot, and an administrative building was on fire. Incidentally, there is no mention of the administrative building in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine report.
