Russia strikes Ukraine's Kropyvnytskyi, damaging emergency service equipment

Fire and rescue equipment of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine was damaged during a Russian night attack on Kropyvnytskyi.
On the night of July 28, Kropyvnytskyi suffered another Russian attack.
As a result of the Russian strikes, the building of one of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine units was damaged, as well as fire and rescue equipment.
According to rescuers, there were no casualties or injuries — the unit's personnel were in a protective shelter during the air raid.
Russian attack on Kropyvnytskyi
A series of explosions was heard in Kropyvnytskyi on the night of July 28 — at least nine were recorded.
The first explosion occurred at 3:07 a.m. Kyiv time, and just a few minutes before that, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of a high-speed target moving toward the city.
The head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andrii Raikovych, appealed to residents to remain in shelters until the end of the air raid alert, which lasted all night. Local authorities emphasized the need to comply with safety measures.
According to reports, there were no casualties during the Russian attack.
In addition, on the night of July 28, Russia carried out one of the largest combined air strikes on Ukraine since the full-scale invasion.
In total, Russia launched 331 drones and missiles, of which the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed or suppressed 311 targets.
