Ruussian drones strike Kropyvnytskyi: Multiple explosions reported across city

In Kropyvnytskyi, a series of explosions was heard during the night of July 28 - at least nine blasts were recorded. Authorities urged residents to remain in shelters until the all-clear was given, according to Suspilne.
On the night of July 28, residents of Kropyvnytskyi were awakened by a series of loud explosions. The first occurred at 3:07 a.m. Kyiv time, followed by at least eight more blasts.
A few minutes before the first explosion, at 3:06 a.m., the Ukrainian Air Forces reported a high-speed target moving toward Kropyvnytskyi. This information was posted on the official Telegram channel of the Air Forces.
Andrii Raykovych, head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, at 3:08 a.m. addressed residents on his Telegram channel, urging them to remain in shelters until the air raid alert ended.
The air raid alert in the Kirovohrad region was declared on July 27 at 11:10 p.m. It lasted throughout the night and had not been lifted at the time of the explosions.
So far, there has been no official information about the consequences of the strikes — such as damage, casualties, or deaths. Updates are expected from the regional military administration and defense forces.
Shahed drone attack on July 28
In the evening, Russian forces once again launched Shahed attack drones across Ukraine. Air raid alerts were declared in several regions, with threats extending to western oblasts as well.
In Kyiv, explosions were reported throughout the evening amid the drone attack. Mayor Vitalii Klitschko warned that air defense systems were actively engaging enemy drones.
Later, a new group of drones entered the area, and explosions were also heard in Zaporizhzhia.
