Russia strikes Ukraine's Kharkiv with drones: Casualties reported

On the afternoon of March 25, Russian forces attacked 2 districts of Kharkiv with strike drones, resulting in casualties, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
The Russians struck the Kholodnohirskyi and Novobavarskyi districts of Kharkiv.
In the Kholodnohirskyi district, Russia struck near a residential building. Cars caught fire: 9 were damaged, and 3 were destroyed. Windows in apartments were shattered. There are casualties.
In the Novobavarskyi district, Russia struck a residential area. The gas network was damaged, and a fire broke out on the roof of a house. Windows were shattered in several private and apartment buildings. There are also casualties.

Women aged 58, 66, 70, and 84, as well as a 71-year-old man, suffered blast injuries. One of the women is in critical condition.
A 48-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl are experiencing acute stress reactions.
All are receiving the necessary qualified medical care.

As of 1:11 p.m., according to Terekhov, the number of casualties in Kharkiv has risen to 9.
Russian strikes on Ukraine
On the night of March 25, Russia attacked Ukraine with 147 strike drones from 6 directions. Air defense forces managed to shoot down most of the Russian drones.
In particular, Russian troops carried out another targeted attack on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure. An energy facility in the Chernihiv region came under fire.
As a result, approximately 150,000 residents were left without power.
Also, as a result of a Russian drone strike in the southern Odesa region, a residential building was damaged; one person was injured, and another is likely trapped under the rubble.
In addition, Russians launched drone attacks on Ukraine from the evening of March 23 through the evening of March 24. The enemy also used missiles to strike Ukraine last night.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, Russians have launched nearly 1,000 attack drones at Ukraine since the evening of March 23.
During the daytime attack, Russia struck civilian cities in western Ukraine. In Lviv, residential buildings were hit. Meanwhile, in Ivano-Frankivsk, the Russians shelled the city center, damaging two maternity hospitals.
