Russia strikes Ukraine's Kharkiv region, damaging train station and killing one

Russian attack on Lozova began around 3 a.m. on September 21. As a result of the Russian strikes, a fire broke out in a two-story apartment building in the city.

The fire engulfed a 200-square-meter section of the roof.

"Three civilians were injured; rescuers saved one person. The body of a woman who was killed was recovered from the rubble," rescuers report.

Russian strike also targeted railway infrastructure, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Earlier on September 20, the Russians launched a missile strike on a farm in the Lozova district. The fire then spread over an area of 500 square meters.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, 8 fires broke out in the Kharkiv region in just one day due to Russian strikes. Firefighters extinguished the blazes in several districts of the region simultaneously.

"A multi-unit residential building, warehouses and outbuildings, a farm, and vehicles were on fire," the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reports.

Oleksandr Pertsovskyi, chairman of the board of Ukrainian Railways, notes that Lozova has suffered a massive Russian airstrike at least twice in the past month and a half.

"All targets during today's latest airstrike on Lozova were in shelters," Pertsovskyi says.

Overnight, the Russians attacked Ukraine from eight directions simultaneously. They deployed 172 Shahed and Gerbera strike drones, some of which were jet-powered.

Last night, the Russian troops struck again at warehouses in the Odesa region that had already been targeted previously.

The fire spread over a large area, and more than 80 firefighters were needed to extinguish it.
