Russia strikes Ukraine's Odesa region, setting food warehouses ablaze

Russian troops attacked the Odesa region again overnight. The strike set fire to warehouse facilities that had previously been targeted by Russian attacks, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
During a nighttime attack, Russian troops struck warehouse facilities in the Odesa region. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, these facilities had already been targeted by Russian attacks.
A massive fire broke out on the warehouse grounds following the Russian strike. Rescue workers began extinguishing the blaze.

Consequences of Russian attack
According to preliminary information, no one was killed or injured as a result of the Russian strike. The fire has already been extinguished.
Over 80 rescue workers were deployed to deal with the aftermath of the Russian attack. The threat of further airstrikes complicated their work.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine also clarified that Russian troops had previously attacked the warehouse facilities.

Earlier, the ATB retail chain denied reports that it had completely suspended operations in Kherson. The company stated that stores continued to operate where the security situation allows, and that the closure of individual retail locations is due solely to risks to employees and customers.
