Russian troops attacked Kropyvnytskyi on September 18. Residential buildings were hit, a fire broke out, and there was a death and an injury, according to the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andrii Raikovych.
"As a result of the Russian attack in the regional center, several residential buildings were damaged. A fire broke out in one of the yards. Unfortunately, 1 person was killed," he says.
In addition, according to the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, a 90-year-old woman sustained light injuries.
"The medics have already provided her with assistance. She does not need hospitalization. All relevant services are working on the spot," Raikovych adds.
