Russians destroyed a house in Stepnohirsk. Bodies were found under the rubble, according to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia regional state administration.

Today, July 27, in Stepnohirsk, Zaporizhzhia region, the bodies of 2 people were found in the ruins of a private house destroyed by Russian strikes.

According to the regional military administration, the tragedy occurred on July 26 after a Russian strike by multiple launch rocket systems.

Russian shell hit a house where civilians lived, causing a fire.

A 74-year-old woman and a 66-year-old man were killed at the scene. Their bodies were found only today under the rubble.

Russian strikes on Stepnohirsk

On June 29, at around 6 a.m. Kyiv time, Russian troops launched a combined strike on the frontline town of Stepnohirsk in the Zaporizhzhia region.

According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration, Russians used guided aerial bombs, rocket artillery, drones, and barrel artillery. One of the shells hit a high-rise building.

The village's residential infrastructure came under Russian fire, and rescuers and medics worked at the scene.

Russian attack on Stepnohirsk was part of a large-scale Russian strike on Ukraine that night.
