Russia strikes railway energy infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk region and Zaporizhzhia

Russia launched overnight attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region using drones and artillery, damaging infrastructure. Parts of the railway network have been left without power, according to the Telegram channel of Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, and Ukrzaliznytsia.
During the night of March 15, a massive drone attack on the Synelnykivskyi and Pavlohrad districts damaged infrastructure. There were no casualties or injuries.
Due to the shelling, there are disruptions in water supply in the cities of Synelnykove, Pavlohrad, Ternivka, and Pershotravensk. Relevant services are working to restore the water supply as quickly as possible.
In addition, enemy forces once again shelled the Nikopol district. Under fire from artillery, Grad multiple rocket launchers, and kamikaze drones were the towns of Nikopol, Marhanets, and the Myrivska community. Despite significant destruction, there were no civilian casualties.
Attacks on railway infrastructure
The occupiers continue attempts to damage the energy infrastructure of the railway in Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. As a result, some sections were left without power. However, the first reserve locomotives have already been deployed, and train delays remain minimal.
Changes to suburban train schedules are also possible. Passengers are advised to monitor announcements at train stations.
As a reminder, the number of casualties in Kryvyi Rih after the strike on a residential area has risen to 14, including two children. The rescue operation has been completed.
