Situation in Kupiansk
Kupiansk is a city in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region that has suffered significant destruction and shelling during Russia’s full-scale invasion. At the end of February 2022, Russian forces occupied Kupiansk, but in September of the same year, it was liberated.
However, even after liberation, the city continues to endure regular attacks. Despite the ongoing shelling, some residents remain in Kupiansk, trying to adapt to the difficult living conditions.
