On the night of September 25, Russians attacked infrastructure facilities in the Kirovohrad region with drones. Due to the explosions, the electricity supply was partially cut off in three settlements, according to Andrii Raikovych, head of the Kirovohrad regional military administration.

An alarm was sounded twice in the Kirovohrad region. At 11:05 p.m. Kyiv time, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of danger in the Novoukrainskyi district, and at 11:17 p.m., throughout the entire region. At 2:42 a.m., the all-clear was sounded.

At 4:24 a.m., an air raid alert was declared again in the Oleksandriia district. At 5:16 a.m., the all-clear was given.

Russia attempted to damage critical infrastructure with drones.

"Tonight, there was another Russian drone attack. They targeted infrastructure facilities. Damage to several residential buildings has been recorded. Three settlements have been partially cut off from the power supply," wrote Andrii Raikovych, head of the Kirovohrad regional military administration.

According to the official, the explosions and drone strikes have partially cut off the power supply in three settlements. Raikovych noted that local energy companies and emergency services are already working to restore the supply to minimize inconvenience to the population.

Most importantly, there were no casualties. All residents were urged to remain calm and follow the recommendations of civil protection services.

In addition, rescuers and police are working at the scene, damaged buildings are being inspected, and the extent of the damage is being assessed.

On the night of September 25, the Russian army attacked critical infrastructure in the Vinnytsia region. Part of the city was left without power, and train traffic was halted.
