Russia strikes energy facilities in Ukraine's Kremenchuk overnight

On the night of December 11, Russian troops attacked energy facilities in the Kremenchuk district of the Poltava region, resulting in fires, according to Volodymyr Kohut, head of the Poltava regional military administration.
"The air defense system was operating. A significant number of targets were shot down. Debris falling and direct hits on objects caused fires," says the head of the Poltava regional military administration.
Rescue workers and all relevant services are working on site to deal with the aftermath of the Russian attack.
Kohut specifies that there were no casualties or injuries as a result of the Russian strikes.
Russian attacks on Kremenchuk
During the night, the Russians struck Kremenchuk with missiles and strike drones. Numerous explosions were heard in the city.
According to preliminary data, Russia attacked the city with ballistic missiles. Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of ballistic weapons being used from the east.
Previously, Russia attacked Kremenchuk on the night of December 7 with drones and Kinzhal missiles. Explosions were also heard in the city.
Later, the mayor of the city reported that on the night of December 7, Russia again launched a massive combined strike on infrastructure facilities in Kremenchuk.
