Russia strikes critical infrastructure in Ukraine's Odesa region: Fire broke out

On the night of Tuesday, February 10, Russians launched a cynical attack on the energy sector of the Odesa region, damaging critical infrastructure. Russian strike also hit an administrative building, according to Odesa regional military administration head Oleh Kiper.

Russia struck the energy facility located in the south of the Odesa region, but the exact area or community has not yet been disclosed. A fire broke out at the site of the incident.
"At night, Russia launched another cynical strike on the energy infrastructure of the Odesa region. Damage to an energy facility was recorded in the south of the region, and a fire broke out. An administrative building was also damaged. No information about casualties has been received yet," the regional military administration says.
Ukrainian Air Force reported at night about the movement of drones in the Odesa region, heading for Izmail.
Oleh Kiper also notes that the Russian strike partially cut off power to settlements in three communities in the region. Critical infrastructure facilities have been switched to backup power from generators.
The consequences are currently being eliminated, and power is being restored.
Recent Russian attacks on Odesa and region
On February 4, the Russians attacked Odesa with strike drones at night, damaging a house and a school.
The Russian strikes also caused a large-scale fire at a factory, which was quickly extinguished by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine personnel. According to preliminary information, one person was injured.
In addition, on the night of January 27, Russia carried out a massive attack on Odesa and the region with over 50 drones.
