Agents of the Atesh movement have partially cut power to a plant in Udmurtia involved in producing weapons and heavy equipment for the Russian armed forces, according to the group’s Telegram channel.
The movement carried out a successful sabotage operation in the capital of Udmurtia. In Izhevsk, a transformer substation supplying power to key workshops of the metallurgical plant BUMMASH was disabled through arson.
The facility is a crucial part of Russia’s military-industrial complex, supplying blanks and specialized alloys for weapons and heavy equipment.
Thanks to the targeted strike by the movement’s agent, operations at one of the strategic factories in the industrial zone were temporarily halted.

“While the Kremlin demands increased production of shells and equipment, Atesh flips the switch at their factories,” the movement wrote.
Successful Atesh sabotage operations
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that members of the ATESH movement struck Russian railway logistics in the Kupiansk direction. The partisans destroyed a locomotive used to transport military cargo, including supplies for the Russian grouping near Kupiansk.
Disabling the locomotive disrupted the formation of military echelons and delayed the departure of trains carrying weapons and equipment.
In addition, Atesh agents carried out another sabotage operation in Russia’s Rostov region. Near Rostov-on-Don, they disrupted operations at a key railway hub crucial to supplying the Russian army.
By setting fire to relay cabinets, the main logistics center was effectively halted, disrupting supply lines for occupation forces in the south.
Earlier, in October 2025, Atesh had already disrupted military train movements in the Rostov region, with a sabotage operation in Novocherkassk.
