Russia's losses in Ukraine as of October 26: +900 troops and 15 artillery systems

Over the past 24 hours, from October 25 to 26, the enemy lost 900 troops and more than 80 vehicles on the front line. Ukrainian defenders continue to hold their positions and inflict losses on Russian forces, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Overall combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022, to October 26, 2025, are approximately:
- Personnel – about 1,136,890 (+900);
- Tanks – 11,291 (+4);
- Armored combat vehicles – 23,477 (+18);
- Artillery systems – 34,002 (+15);
- MLRS – 1,526;
- Air defense systems – 1,230;
- Aircraft – 428;
- Helicopters – 346;
- Operational-tactical level UAVs – 74,399 (+214);
- Cruise missiles – 3,880;
- Ships/boats – 28;
- Submarines – 1;
- Vehicles and fuel tanks – 65,517 (+81);
- Special equipment – 3,981.

Situation on the front line
As reported, as of 10:00 p.m. on October 25, more than 150 combat clashes took place along the front line in a single day — the most intense fighting occurred in the Pokrovsk direction.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, 21 combat engagements were recorded, while in the Oleksandrivka sector there were 15. In the Lyman area, Russian forces attempted to break through Ukraine’s defenses 11 times.
Earlier, it was reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated the village of Sukhetske in the Pokrovsk district of Donetsk region. Most of the occupying forces suffered irrecoverable losses, while some were captured.
Last month, Russian losses in the Pokrovsk direction increased by one-third — Ukrainian troops eliminated up to 2,000 enemy soldiers.
