Russia's losses in Ukraine as of October 25: 800 troops and 40 artillery systems eliminated
Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine as of Wednesday, October 25, amounted to 800 occupiers, with the total number of casualties in the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion standing at 296,310 soldiers. In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 44 artillery systems and 28 armored vehicles, reports the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The overall Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022 to October 25, 2023 are estimated as follows:

- Artillery systems: 7,125 (+44).

Frontline situation
According to the General Staff, in the Maryinka direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled over 20 enemy attacks. In the Kherson direction, Ukrainian troops are engaged in counter-battery warfare and are inflicting fire damage on the enemy's rear areas. Additionally, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are advancing in the Melitopol direction. According to the Institute for the Study of War report, the Ukrainian Armed Forces conducted offensive operations near Bakhmut on October 24 and continued offensive operations in the western part of the Zaporizhzhia region, confirming their successes.
