As of November 17, 2025, new enemy losses are being recorded in all areas of hostilities, encompassing personnel, equipment, and various types of weaponry, including artillery, drones, and aviation, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to November 17, 2025, are as follows:

  • Personnel – about 1,159,420 (+1,160) people
  • Tanks – 11,355 (+2) units
  • Armored combat vehicles – 23,594 (+3) units
  • Artillery systems – 34,486 (+17) units
  • MLRS – 1,544 (+1) units
  • Air defense systems – 1,246 (+2) units
  • Aircraft – 428 units
  • Helicopters – 347 units
  • UAVs of operational-tactical level – 81,499 (+213) units
  • Cruise missiles – 3,940 units
  • Ships/boats – 28 units
  • Submarines – 1 unit
  • Automotive equipment and fuel tanks – 67,536 (+72) units
  • Special equipment – about 4,000 units

Ukrainian forces have begun using the TFL-1 terminal guidance system, which increases the accuracy of FPV drones and ensures effective control even in the case of communication disruption.

The situation in the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration remains tense, and ongoing fighting on the approaches to the city is intensifying internal difficulties for Russian units operating in this direction.
