Russia's losses in Ukraine as of November 13: +1,770 troops, 56 artillery systems
Over the past 24 hours, from November 12 to 13, the Russian army lost 1,770 soldiers at the front. Also, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed 24 tanks, 56 artillery systems, and 49 armored personnel vehicles, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to November 13, 2024, are estimated to be:
- personnel - about 714,380 (+1,770) Russian troops were eliminated;
- tanks - 9,300 (+24);
- armored personnel vehicle - 18,896 (+49);
- artillery systems - 20,408 (+56);
- MLRS - 1,249;
- anti-aircraft warfare systems - 996;
- aircraft - 369;
- helicopters - 329;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 18,798 (+61);
- cruise missiles - 2,636;
- warships/boats - 28;
- submarines - 1;
- vehicles and fuel tanks - 28,966 (+96);
- special equipment - 3,629 (+3).
Frontline situation and shellings
According to the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Russian forces have made gains in the Kursk region and advanced in two frontline directions in the Donetsk region.
In addition, last night, the Russian army hit Zaporizhzhia, damaging infrastructure.
Closer to morning, the aggressor launched a combined drone and missile attack against Ukraine.
Explosions were heard in Kyiv, and air defense forces were working.
