Russia's nighttime attack on Zaporizhzhia: Aftermath revealed
Russian forces launched strikes on Zaporizhzhia overnight on November 13. As a result of the enemy shelling, infrastructure facilities were damaged, according to Ivan Fedorov, head of Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
The official noted that Russian forces shelled Zaporizhzhia after 1 AM. (Kyiv time)
"Damaged infrastructure facilities," Fedorov informed regarding the consequences of the enemy attack.
There were no casualties or injuries, the official said.
"Fortunately, there were no casualties," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Shelling of Zaporizhzhia
Earlier that night, the Ukrainian Air Force reported the movement of guided aerial bombs from the enemy toward Zaporizhzhia. Later, the head of the regional administration stated that explosions were reported in the Zaporizhzhia region, though he did not provide further details.
Meanwhile, local media reported that explosions occurred near the city of Zaporizhzhia.
Additionally, enemy strike drones were also detected in the Zaporizhzhia region that night.
It was also previously reported that on the night of November 11, Russian forces carried out multiple airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia. As a result of the shelling, one person was killed, and 20 were injured, including five children.
