Preliminarily, a man was killed in the attack. Nine people sought medical help due to injuries. Among the victims are a 15-year-old girl and two boys, aged 4 and 17.
As a result of the shelling, a two-story residential building was partially destroyed by the blast wave, and a dormitory and a car dealership building were damaged.
Emergency and rescue operations are ongoing.
Local authorities have deployed three buses and are evacuating residents from the dormitory. All emergency services of the city are working at the site to eliminate the aftermath of the shelling.
