Explosions were heard in Kyiv this morning, November 13. Ukrainian air defense forces are working in the capital due to the Russian missile attack, according to the mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, and the Kyiv City Military Administration.

Explosions in Kyiv were heard around 7:20 a.m. Kyiv time, and later - more. Before that, a Russian missile was seen moving toward Kyiv.

Representatives of Kyiv's authorities informed about air defense work due to the Russian air attack.

“Explosions in the city. Air defense forces are working. Stay in shelters!” Klitschko wrote.

The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Serhii Popko, said that the air alert in Kyiv was ongoing, informed about the combat work of the defenders of the sky, and urged Kyiv residents to stay in shelters until the air alert was lifted.

Later, the Ukrainian Air Force said another Russian missile was heading toward Kyiv.

Last night and in the morning, the Russian occupiers launched missiles, kamikaze drones, and air bombs for another air attack on Ukraine.

In addition, last night, several Tu-95MS strategic bombers, which are missile carriers, took off from Russia.

Due to the Russian Shahed attack, air defense operations also continued in the Kyiv region.

And in the morning, a large-scale air alert was announced in Ukraine.
