Frontline situation

Ukrainian Defense Forces conducted overnight strikes on multiple Russian military targets across occupied territories. The operation hit an Iskander missile deployment site in Crimea, radar stations near Yevpatoria, drone control centers, and a depot in the Donetsk region, as well as a repair unit in Luhansk region and an ammunition depot in the Kherson region.

Damage assessments are ongoing. Ukraine also confirmed the earlier destruction of an ammo depot at the Kacha airfield in occupied Crimea on April 29.

Meanwhile, Russian forces are intensifying efforts to seize Pokrovsk, aiming to push Ukrainian troops from the city’s northern outskirts and advance toward Shevchenko. They are also reinforcing the southern sector with armored vehicles and tanks.

Heavy fighting in northern Pokrovsk is causing significant losses for Russia’s 76th Guards Air Assault Division, prompting the deployment of reserves. Additional assaults near Hryshyne have failed.

Ukrainian forces are strengthening coordination and focusing on airspace control, as Russia increasingly relies on drones launched from the area, complicating logistics and defense operations.
