Russia's battlefield toll keeps rising as Ukrainian forces eliminate personnel and destroy military equipment across multiple fronts. The latest daily figures from Ukraine's General Staff reveal fresh setbacks for Moscow’s manpower and combat capabilities.
The total Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022, to June 1, 2026, are estimated to be:

- Armored combat vehicles — 24,659 (+2)
- Artillery systems — 43,037 (+50)
- Multiple-launch rocket systems — 1,820 (+1)

Frontline situation
The Third Army Corps stated that an operation to control Russian logistics routes in Luhansk and Eastern Slobozhanshchyna has begun. According to the military, drones operated at distances exceeding 205 kilometers deep into enemy-controlled territory.
Moreover, on the night of May 31, units of Ukraine's Defense Forces struck the Saratovsky oil refinery. A large-scale fire at the facility has been confirmed.
At the same time, Russian troops have gradually increased the intensity of combat operations on the southern front.
