Dnipro hit in Russian attack, major logistics warehouse burns

Russian forces struck the city of Dnipro on May 31. As a result of the attack, a large-scale fire broke out at a logistics company warehouse, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Handzha.
"Due to the Russian attack on Dnipro, a logistics company warehouse and cars parked nearby are burning," Handzha said.
According to him, information about casualties is being clarified.
Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov noted that residential buildings were not affected by the fire.

To extinguish the fire at the warehouse, the city is providing water tankers to emergency services. City hospitals are also on standby.

In addition, in Dnipro, enemy drone strikes destroyed branch No. 1 of Nova Poshta.
The building was completely burned down. No employees were injured.
Emergency services and police are working at the site of the strike. The assessment of the damage is ongoing. Detailed information on the cargo's condition will be determined once the strike's consequences are fully resolved.

Russian attack on Ukraine on May 31
As a reminder, on the night of May 31, Russia attacked Ukraine with 229 strike drones from multiple directions. Air defense forces managed to shoot down most of the enemy drones.
At the same time, impacts of 14 strike drones were recorded at 11 locations, as well as the fall of downed drones (debris) at 5 locations.
In particular, Russian forces attacked Sloviansk in the Donetsk region with drones. One of the UAVs damaged a Nova Poshta branch.
