Yesterday, Vladyslav Voloshyn, spokesperson for the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, reported that Ukrainian Defense Forces stopped the Russian advance in the south with successful counterattacks and assaults, and also reduced the gray zone.

Also, on February 20, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy specified that Ukraine managed to liberate 300 square kilometers of territory from Russian forces in the southern section of the front. One of the reasons for this was that Ukraine was taking advantage of the Starlink terminal shutdown used by Russian forces.
