Russia keeps losing manpower as heavy fighting continues along the frontline. Over the past 24 hours, 770 Russian troops were killed or wounded, according to Ukraine’s General Staff.

The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to February 12, 2026, are estimated to be:

  • Personnel — approximately 1,250,150 (+770);
  • Tanks — 11,662 (+1);
  • Armored combat vehicles — 24,025 (+5);
  • Artillery systems — 37,213 (+65);
  • Multiple-launch rocket systems — 1,641 (+3);
  • Air defense systems — 1,299 (+1);
  • Aircraft — 435;
  • Helicopters — 347;
  • Operational-tactical UAVs — 132,153 (+1,442);
  • Cruise missiles — 4,270;
  • Ships/boats — 28;
  • Submarines — 2;
  • Automotive equipment and fuel trucks — 78,141 (+172);
  • Special equipment — 4,070.

Frontline situation

According to NATO assessments, Russia has lost 1.3 million of its soldiers since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The figure includes those killed and wounded.

On the night of February 11, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck the Volgograd oil refinery in Russia. A fire was recorded on the territory of the facility. The extent of the damage is currently being clarified.

Ukrainian military also destroyed a new Russian development, the Klin strike drone. It was positioned as a Shahed-like unmanned aerial vehicle with artificial intelligence.
