Russia's losses in Ukraine as of December 4: +1,140 troops and 245 drones

The enemy lost 1,140 soldiers on the front line over the past 24 hours as of December 4. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also destroyed more than 200 Russian drones and a large amount of equipment, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
Thus, from February 24, 2022, to December 4, 2025, inclusive, the approximate combat losses of the enemy amounted to:
- Personnel – about 1,177,370 (+1,140) people
- Tanks – 11,396 (+3) units
- Armored combat vehicles – 23,685 (+3) units
- Artillery systems – 34,809 (+29) units
- MLRS – 1,556 (+1) units
- Air defense systems – 1,253 units
- Aircraft – 430 units
- Helicopters – 347 units
- UAVs of the operational-tactical level – 86,476 (+245) units
- Cruise missiles – 4,024 units
- Ships/boats – 28 units
- Submarines – 1 unit
- Automotive and fuel tanks – 68,813 (+125) units
- Special equipment – 4,012 units

Situation on the front line
The most intense situation is currently in the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka directions, with 29 and 36 combat engagements respectively, according to the latest information from the General Staff.
At the same time, the Russians continue to lose soldiers and equipment every day in the course of the war against Ukraine. In particular, from December 2 to 3, the enemy lost another 1,200 troops on the front line. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also destroyed 12 artillery systems, 47 vehicles, and 90 drones.
